Coaching is a Co-created partnership

Coaching, for me, is a partnership—co-creation, curiosity, and challenge in service of what matters most to you. I walk alongside you as you deepen awareness, find presence, reconnect with purpose, and move forward—especially at transition points, whether chosen or thrust upon you.

What we do together: we clarify what “the mountaintop” actually is for you, then we walk the path. I won’t tell you exactly where to put each foot; I’ll prompt curiosity, invite perspective shifts, and challenge you to build awareness and act in alignment with your values.

What Coaching is

  • A safe, co-created space to think, feel, express, imagine, and decide.

  • A structured conversation that helps you surface deeper insights from your head, heart and gut, define what matters, and move with intention.

  • A place to “use the difficulty”—to turn friction, uncertainty, or stuckness into learning and forward motion.

  • It isn’t me prescribing answers or telling you what to do.

  • It isn’t therapy or diagnosis.

  • It isn’t consultancy or me writing your strategy for you.

  • It isn’t a performance of perfection. We work with what’s real, right now.

Coaching Formats

Individual

You bring a specific focus or a broader growth horizon.

Triad

Manager + coachee + me. We agree clear goals and boundaries, then I work 1:1 with the coachee within that partnership.

Team

The team as a living system—what it is now, what it wants to become, and how it performs together.

How we work together

Micro-systems ↔ Macro-systems

I take a design and systems thinking approach so the work is grounded and tangible while staying very human and fluid.

  • Micro-systems (inner): values, purpose, practices, saboteurs/judgments, patterns—your personal operating system.

  • Macro-systems (outer): relationships, team, organisation, community, society.

  • We map how your micro-systems connect with and are affected by the macro-systems—then design small, beautiful changes that compound.

Head, Heart, Gut

I often say: the head thinks; the heart and gut knows. Coaching helps you tune into that inner intelligence—not just analysis, but embodied knowing—so decisions are aligned, not forced.

Use The Difficulty

When obstacles show up, we don’t pretend they aren’t there. We use them. Stuckness, tension, the “I don’t even know what to bring today”—that’s data. There’s knowledge we have and knowledge we create. Coaching turns those moments into insight and motion.

Play & Incubation

Play isn’t decoration—it’s a performance strategy. Alongside straight-up coaching conversation, I may bring in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (think-with-your-hands, metaphor, story), and incubation/offset activities like nature walks, swimming, sauna, cold immersion, games, music, dance, or improv. Letting go of tight grip on the outcome invites the awareness and innovation to arrive—then we turn that into concrete next steps and outcomes.
